This website is operated by Bamebee Group which is a registered business under parent company Red X (Pty) Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bamebee Group and Red X. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Custom Orders

Orders requiring customization (i.e. adding logo/design, personalized cards) are subject to:

A minimum of 20 units and P3000 spend
Production time of 14 days depending on our workload. Large bulk orders may involve extended production times depending on the quantities.

Wooden products

Our wood products are made of natural material which by their nature have variations in colour, markings, pattern, texture and grain. Accordingly, products purchased may vary in appearance.

Product images

Bamebee Group has made every effort to display images of products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that products will be completely accurate in colour, size, texture and finish.

Return policy

We do not issue refunds and only accept exchanges on wooden boxes. No returns or refunds will be accepted for custom orders. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours with a description and photograph(s). Changes to Prices, Products & Terms

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or services from time to time and as necessary. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon publishing.
